In 1901, Bennoni Mansard crafted his first bottles of Champagne. Over the decades, the estate evolved through changing times, yet the family’s passion and pursuit of excellence remained constant. Today, Maxime Mansard carries forward that legacy with Champagne Achille Princier, drawing on fruit from very old vines planted by his ancestors. Grapes for this cuvée come from select parcels first established in 1930, preserving the traditions and craftsmanship that have defined the Mansard family for over a century.
